Shin Megami Tensei IV will not be launching in Europe this month as originally expected. Atlus PR manager John Hardin confirmed on Twitter that the game is now scheduled for October.
Why the delay? Atlus “encountered a few last-minute issues specific to the EU version, and we have to fix them,” Hardin explained.
Hardin’s Twitter message also contained an apology to European fans who have been waiting for Shin Megami Tensei IV.

A big announcement from Capcom is being teased for the next issue of Famitsu. The magazine will have a 32-page special preview, which will include the reveal of Capcom’s project.
We could hear about the new game as early as Tuesday. Famitsu may share the news on its website ahead of the magazine’s release in a brief post, though leaks will definitely occur with more information during the day as well.
Separately from the Capcom news, we’re hearing that a 100-page Smash Bros. 3DS supplement feature and a Bandai Namco TGS feature will be in next week’s Famitsu.
