Minecraft update 1.18.12

The latest Minecraft update is now available, and players can get their hands on version 1.18.12. Several fixes are included here since the release of 1.18.10.

Mayhem Brawler update 2.1

A new update is available for Mayhem Brawler, with Hero Concept issuing version 2.1. It includes She Wolf as a playable character, a Level Select Mode, and more.

Clea War Maiden Mode

Clea and Clea 2 were updated not too long ago on Switch, with both games adding a new War Maiden Mode.

Developer InvertMouse describes the mode as its “ultimate challenge to players who have dominated the campaign.” At the end, players can unlock the War Gear costume. The mode can be accessed in the first Clea by completing the campaign with the best ending while Clea 2 becomes available once you have conquered Clea’s Quest with a silver or higher rank.

Animal Crossing New Horizons update 2.0.5

Nintendo just issued a new 2.0.5 update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons. In addition to addressing various issues in the main game, problems in the Happy Home Paradise DLC have been taken care of as well.

BloodRayne: ReVamped and BloodRayne 2: ReVamped have both been updated on Switch to version 1.0.2, with the patch adding the original cheat codes.

fortnite gyro

Fortnite has been updated to version 19.30, and it’s brought along more robust gyro controls for Switch. These controls are available with the Joy-Con controllers (including in handheld mode) or the Pro Controller.

The updated gyro controls include more customization, no forced aim acceleration, the ability to make gyro inactive in certain situations, and less frequent recalibration. Also, “there is now less need to set different sensitivities depending on whether you’re sniping or targeting, since the main sensitivity slider is now scaled by zoom level.” Players still have the option to disable zoom scaling in the Advanced Gyro Options, along with setting specific sensitivities for sniping, targeting (which is now “aiming”), harvesting, building, and editing.

Danganronpa Switch update

Spike Chunsoft has issued an update for a few of the different Danganronpa games available on Switch. Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Anniversary Edition and Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Anniversary Edition are both at version 1.0.1 while Danganronpa S: Ultimate Summer Camp is at version 1.0.3.

Quake Copper

A few days ago, the re-release of Quake on Switch received a new Copper add-on. It can be accessed in the main menu.

Copper contains new maps in Underdark Overbright along with gameplay adjustments designed by the community. More information can be found below.

Astroneer update 1.23.132.0

Astroneer has been updated on Switch, with System Era Softworks delivering version 1.23.132.0. It includes a new home icon – pictured above – as well as several fixes.
