Pokemon Unite

Pokemon Unite is just on the horizon. Announced today, the MOBA game will release for Switch in July, followed by the mobile version in September.

Based on data from Stream Hatchet, Nintendo saw the highest peak viewers of any presentation held during E3 2021. 3.1 million viewers tuned in for the Nintendo Direct at its biggest point. That’s based on data collected from Twitch and YouTube Gaming.

It’s officially been two years since we first found out about the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Fans were treated to a new trailer today, but we’re not any closer to learning what the actual title is.

Regarding why Nintendo hasn’t shared the official name yet, Nintendo Treehouse’s Bill Trinen told IGN:

Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp

Many have long called for Shantae studio WayForward to team up with Nintendo on one of the Big N’s properties. As it turns out, that has finally happened.

Nintendo has confirmed that WayForward is developing Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp. Intelligent Systems and Nintendo are providing “support and advice.”

Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp launches for Switch on December 3.

Shin Megami Tensei V

We’ve got a brand new look at Shin Megami Tensei V gameplay as part of Nintendo Treehouse: Live | E3 2021. Have a look at the footage below.

Shin Megami Tensei V will be available for Switch on November 12.

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity - Wave 1 DLC: Pulse of the Ancients

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity has been out since last November, so some may have forgotten that the game still has DLC planned. Nintendo and Koei Tecmo shared the latest news during today’s Nintendo Direct.

The first wave of DLC, Pulse of the Ancients, launches on June 18.

The Fatal Frame series is finally back, albeit with a previous entry. Revealed during today’s Nintendo Direct, Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water is coming to Switch.

As fans continue to wait for Metroid Prime 4, Nintendo is expanding the series in other ways. Announced during today’s Nintendo Direct, a new 2D entry is in the works for Switch.

Metroid Dread is coming to Switch, Nintendo has announced. It will launch on October 8.
