SteamWorld Dig is out now in Europe, in case you missed today’s Nintendo Direct…



One of several new indie games announced during today’s Nintendo Direct is Wooden Sen’SeY, a new game from Neko Entertainment and Upper Byte. You can find a few screenshots and details below.

– Coming soon on the eShop
– Will be at GDC Europe and Gamescom
– Upper Byte only has two team members
– Game is an action platformer
– Takes place in a unique “Japan Steam Rock” universe
– Follow Goro, a village chief
– Goro is seeking his stolen bottles of precious SeY
– Defeat enemies in various levels using axes to slice, dice, squash and grapple
– Won the advisory board special prize at Game Connection Asia 2012, IndieCade 2012 finalist

Nintendo and Namco Bandai will celebrate the release of One Piece: Unlimited World Red in Japan with two special 3DS systems. Each comes with a copy of the game and a uniquely designed console.

Consumers will be able to choose between “Luffy Red” and “Chopper Pink”. The two are priced at 25,980 yen.
