Here are the latest events for Fire Emblem Heroes.

Previously known as Zodiac: Orcanon Odyssey on iOS, 3goo will be adapting and publishing the title as Astoria Ascending on Nintendo Switch. With gorgeously smooth visuals that don’t look too far removed from a fantasy painting, Astoria Ascending has a story told mostly through cut scenes with the same beautiful hand-drawn art style with the tale being written by Kazushige Nojima and composed by Hitoshi Sakimoto. The game boasts a strategic style of game play with turn-based combat, which will see some modernization and changes with the new release, including the ability to reverse character positioning during a fight. A Western release has not yet been announced at this time.

The Yoshi Tour will be kicking off in Mario Kart Tour. Check out the latest trailer showing off a white Yoshi and a never-bef0re-seen black Birdo — both of which look incredibly dapper for a spring season Tour. You can catch the trailer here:

Originally a worldwide Steam release on PC back in 2018 and later a PS4 release in 2019, Aiueo Kompany-developed mystery visual novel Fatal Twelve will be coming to Switch this spring in Japan. Prototype will be working to bring the title over, according to Famitsu. Nothing yet has been announced about a Western release, but since the game has already been localized before, there is still a chance we may see it on our respective eShop.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

A small update has just gone live for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Nintendo has released version 11.0.1, and it can be downloaded by all players.

According to Nintendo, the update only addresses a single issue. The patch notes state: “Vulnerability when landing after using the Wii Fit Trainer’s side special Header had decreased unintentionally, so this has been adjusted.”

And that’s it. While it may not be a big update by any means, it’s probably worth downloading. The next major version change will likely arrive when the latest DLC character is ready, which is likely at least a couple of months away given that Pyra/Mythra was just added this month.

Nintendo has announced a new tourney event for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. This time around, the theme is all about Kirby. That means you’ll be encountering stages and items related to the series.

The new tournament goes live on March 26. Expect it to last three days in total.
