A second Pokemon Battle Trozei-themed 3DS XL has been revealed for Japan. The one above will be distributed as part of a CoroCoro promotion. Fans can send in an entry by April 14, and CoroCoro will choose five winners through a lottery.

Steel Diver: Sub Wars’ first update is now available. Simply head to the eShop and grab the update download – after that, you’ll be good to go!

Here’s the full update notes from Nintendo:

  • Morse-code chat has been closed under Internet Mode. Users can continue to enjoy lobbies and Morse-code chat during Random Battles and Matched-Skills Battles.
  • Minor changes to Morse-code chat functionality have been made:
    • The duration of chat in a lobby has been cut from two minutes to one minute
    • A three second time interval has been set for Morse-code signals
  • Overall stability improvements to the online modes have been made to minimize communication errors during online play
  • Fixed an issue where a user’s sequential wins were interrupted due to communication errors during online play
  • Adjustments have been made to the specs of some submarines to further improve the game’s balance

Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs was announced for 3DS way back in September 2010. Even though there’s been silence from developer Firehazard, it’s still in the works. Saber Rider’s blog is updated every now and then, and there’s even a new video posted today which shows the finalized model for Ramrod.

XSEED appears to be fairly satisfied with Senran Kagura Burst’s sales.

When asked by a fan on Facebook if the company is considering additional entries in the series for localization, XSEED said Burst “sold well enough”. As such, the publisher is “open to considering other iterations in the series.”

“[Senran Kagura Burst] has sold well enough that we are open to considering other iterations in the series.”

Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson hits Japan in August. Might that game eventually make it to North America?

Circle Entertainment has confirmed plans to bring Parking Star 3D to the 3DS eShop. In total, the game will offer 40 levels.

We had previously heard that Azure Striker Gunvolt was tentatively slated for a summer launch in North America (in addition to Japan), but that’s now been made official. Inti Creates CEO Takuya Aizu confirmed to Siliconera that the title will in fact be available in the states this summer. A European release is also being considered, though it would likely come later given how the game will need to be localized into several different languages.
