Cloudpunk

Merge Games and Ion Lands have issued a first update for Cloudpunk. The title now has an inverted Y axis option, a new home screen icon, and more.

Pikmin 3 Deluxe

Pikmin 3 Deluxe debuted around the world towards the end of last week on Switch. While we don’t have concrete data, GamesIndustry does have an interesting tidbit about the game’s performance.

The site is reporting that physical launch sales for Pikmin 3 Deluxe on Switch were 18.5 percent lower than the Wii U original. Keep in mind that digital data isn’t included, and we do know that eShop sales are stronger these days.

Pikmin 3 Deluxe ended up at #7 in its first week on the UK charts. We have the full top 40 here.

Atelier Ryza 2

Thanks to Koei Tecmo and Gust, the opening movie is in for Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy. New footage was also shown during a live stream today.

The PlayStation 5 is launching on November 12, and it’s bringing the DualSense along with it. Some fans have already gotten their hands on the controller and have noticed that it can actually work with Switch. You just need an 8Bitdo adapter to make it function.

Final Fantasy IX

Last month, Square Enix announced that it will be offering a physical version of Final Fantasy IX on Switch. It’s now confirmed that it’s due out on November 27.

Final Fantasy IX will support for English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish language options.

Monster Hunter Rise

It’s time for the latest Famitsu’s most wanted games chart. This week, Monster Hunter Rise overtakes Zelda: Breath of the Wild for the top Switch spot while Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity is back in the top five.

Pokemon Sword/Shield

Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield have shifted the latest Max Raid Battle event, which puts the spotlight on a couple of Gigantamax Pokemon and more.

The Bug-type Pokemon Butterfree, Shuckle, and Ninjask will appear more frequently in Dens. The same goes for the Poison-type creatures Vileplume, Toxicroak, and Garbodor. You’ll also have a greater chance of encountering Gigantamax Butterfree and Gigantamax Garbodor.

Mary Skelter Finale

Compile Heart has issued a new trailer for Mary Skelter Finale, the final entry in its 3D dungeon RPG series. Get a look at the video below.

Mary Skelter Finale is due out for Switch on November 5. A western release has not yet been announced.
