Bandai Namco has confirmed that Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet will be receiving a free update later this Winter that will add customization options that will allow the avatar to appear as Ronye and Tiese from Sword Art Online: Alicization.

It’s time for the latest Famitsu’s most wanted games chart. Pokemon Sword/Shield is back on top for Nintendo titles, and Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 is now in the top ten.

Dragon Quest XI S came out in Japan a few days ago, and in its first week, it sold just over 300,000 copies. Dengeki reports an initial sell-through rate of 65 percent.

The 3DS version of Dragon Quest XI sold 1.83 million units in its first week in Japan. Square Enix also moved another 1.4 million units of the PlayStation 4 version. Given that it’s been over two years since Dragon Quest XI originally appeared in Japan, Square Enix should be satisfied with how the Switch version is performing thus far.

As we’ve seen in the past, patents don’t always become actual products. That’s particularly evident with three Joy-Con filings uncovered by LetsGoDigital, which were applied for back in 2016.

These patents show off some unique designs for the Switch controllers. One features a wider set of Joy-Con whereas the other two have some interesting placements for buttons, including d-pads.
