The latest episode of Pokemon Generations is now live on the official Pokemon YouTube channel. We’ve gone ahead and attached it below.
Pokemon Generations revisits each generation of the Pokemon games and sheds new light on some timeless moments. New episodes will be available weekly through December 23.

New Candle trailer

Work on Candle is complete, and the indie game is starting to debut on various platforms today. View a new trailer for the game below.
Candle is still scheduled for Wii U, but it’s unclear if Switch will affect those plans. I imagine we’ll find out in the months ahead.

Pokemon Sun/Moon – Q&A with producer and director

Awhile back, the Nintendo of Austraila twitter page hosted a Q&A for fans to ask producer Junichi Masuda and Shigeru Ohmori questions about the games. They have now answered many of the questions in a video, which you can watch below. They touch on inspiration for Alola forms, the setting, and the starters, as well as who their personal favorite new Pokemon are and noting that the series could journey to Australia some day, due to its diverse wildlife.

Monster Hunter XX “brave style” weapon trailers

Capcom has uploaded five separate trailers for weapons featured in Monster Hunter XX. While the videos aren’t in English, we can see that each features a different weapon from the game, while also showcasing the new “brave style” combat gauge that allows you to fuel special attacks from parrying blows. The weapon trailers are listed below in the order of: Bow and Arrow, Heavy Bowgun, Light Bowgun, Insect Glaive and Charge Axe. You can find the videos after the break.

If you’re looking for a way to reset the NES Classic Edition without having to press the button on the console itself, you might be pleased to hear that the Wii Classic Controller offers this functionality. Simply press the home button to do so. GameXplain shows it in action in the video below.
