Dear Villagers and Modern Storyteller have readied a new trailer for The Forgotten City, a “mystery adventure game of exploration and deduction”. Watch it below.

The Forgotten City just saw its initial launch, but unfortunately, Switch owners have to wait a bit longer. We’ll keep you updated on a new release date for Nintendo’s console.

A sizable update for Prison Architect: Nintendo Switch Edition has gone live. If you own the game, version 1.0.13 can be accessed now.

While it doesn’t include new features, the latest update contains a massive amount of fixes. The full patch notes can be read below. 

Super Hiking League DX, which was announced for Switch last year, is almost ready for release. QUByte Interactive and Bit Ink Studios have announced that the competitive platformer will arrive on August 10.

Based on a new report from Fanbyte, Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is on the way, and is apparently not too far off from completion. The site claims to have first tidbits about the project and its development as well.

Fanbyte decided to go live with its report following some recent comments made by actress Jenna Coleman, who plays Melia in the series. She took on a fan question with YouTube channel Din’s Meteorite, in which she stated:

Button City, “a colorful low poly narrative adventure game about friendship and community,” makes its way to Switch this week. Have a look at some footage in the video below.

Konami has announced its lineup for Gamescom 2021, which will be comprised of just a couple of titles. Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel and eFootball will both be featured at the show.

Gamescom 2021 will be taking place digitally between August 25 and August 27. The big event to watch our for is Opening Night Live. It’ll be held on August 25 at 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET / 7 PM in the UK / 8 PM in Europe.

The Plane Effect won’t be releasing this month as originally planned. PQube, the game’s publisher, confirmed the news on Twitter.

Originally, The Plane Effect was planned for August 12. It will now launch on September 23.

PQube said on Twitter: “The team are working really hard to make your experience on each launch platform the best it possibly can be.”

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes is making the jump to Switch, Warner Bros. Interactive and TT Games revealed today. A release is set for October 5.

Two pieces of DLC will be included: Super Pack and Asgard Pack. Here’s an overview of both:

In the latest issue of Weekly Jump, Hitoshi Shinso was revealed as the newest DLC character for My Hero One’s Justice 2. A scan has since emerged that offers up a first look at the character.

Darksiders III is coming to Switch, THQ Nordic and Gunfire Games revealed today. The game, which first appeared in 2018, is launching for Nintendo’s console on September 30.

Darksiders III on Switch will include the “Keepers of the Void” and “The Crucible” DLC.
