Hamster has announced its latest Arcade Archives game for Switch. Guzzler will launch for Switch worldwide on May 13, the company confirmed today.

In the game, you play as Guzzler, who needs to take in water from puddles and extinguish fires/monsters. Tehkan originally created the title.

Pricing for Arcade Archives Guzzler is set at $7.99 / €6.99 / £6.29.

Total worldwide physical and digital sales for Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin have surpassed 950,000 units as of March 31, publisher Marvelous and developer Edelweiss have stated. The last milestone reached was 850,000 total unit sales on January 29th. The game originally launched on Switch and other platforms back in November of last year. Nippon Ichi Software is releasing a demo for Tantei Bokumetsu this week. The demo will be available on the Japanese eShop and allows players to experience the entire first chapter of the game before it launches later this month, with save data carrying over should the player wish. This detective adventure game arrives on May 27 in Japan, with no word yet on a Western release.

Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield have both been updated. The two games are now at version 1.3.2, which primarily involves bug fixes.

Nintendo has announced a new Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournament for this week. Melee items that are used to strike opponents such as the Home-Run Bat, Beam Sword, and Death’s Scythe will be featured.

The new tournament goes live on May 14. It will last a total of three days.

Nintendo just started distribution of the latest Switch update. All owners can download version 12.0.2.

Like some of the more recent updates, there isn’t much here. Nintendo has again mentioned improvements for system stability.
