Game Informer is continuing its month-long coverage of Mega Man 11 with some new concept art. Aside from the piece above, some additional images can be found below.

Game Informer’s post also includes comments from artist Yuji Ishihara. Here’s what Ishihara had to say about Mega Man’s new look:

“We were going for more 3D look, so I felt like I should include more details to really show off that he is a robot. One of the biggest changes is the separation of the joints in the wrist and ankle. I noticed that anytime people draw fan art of Mega Man, the anatomy of drawing the hand with the entire wrist and arm was difficult. With the separation, I figured that if I’m fortunate enough to have people draw fan art of this version of Mega Man, they would have an easier time.”

The new Pokemon GO content announced by Niantic earlier this week is now live. This includes 50 new Pokemon and the dynamic weather system.

In other news, we have updated patch notes for version 1.55.1 / 0.85.2. Niantic has increased the maximum Pokemon Storage to 1,500 and more.

Fabraz, developer of the 2D platformer Slime-san, has something big in store for Switch. Whatever’s planned, we’ll be hearing about it within the next week.

Psyonix has announced a new event for Rocket League. Beginning on Monday, players can participate in the new “Frosty Fest”.

During the event, you’ll earn “Snowflakes” as currency each time you finish a match online. These can be used to purchase Event items, Decryptors, or the new Frosty Fest Event Crate.

Europe and Japan are both having new Splatfests this weekend. In North America, the fifth event will take place next weekend.

The event asks players which bad holiday gift they’d rather receive. Would you prefer sweaters or socks? You’ll be able to make your voice heard starting on December 15 at 9 PM PT / December 16 at 12 AM ET when the Splatfest starts.

Nintendo just kicked off a “Retweet Rally” for Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp a few hours ago. Fans on Twitter were asked to retweet a certain message on various official Animal Crossing Twitter accounts.

In less than half a day, the goal has been reached. The target of 100,000 retweets was surpassed on the Japanese Twitter account alone, where the total has surpassed 250,000.

Once the event ends sometime after December 12, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp players will be given 20 Leaf Tickets for free.
