The latest Minecraft: Wii U Edition patch is nearly here. It should be out today in North America, and other regions no later that tomorrow.

Today’s update is highlighted by the addition of the new Fallout Battle Map Pack. Several fixes have been implemented as well.

Game Informer now has its own interview up with Nintendo’s Yoshiaki Koizumi. The two sides chatted about Switch with a few questions and answers. Koizumi talked about the initial vision for the system and how long it’s been since the plan was put in place, the technical side of things, and Joy-Con colors.

Engine Software handled the Wii U version of Terraria while CodeGlue was responsible for the 3DS release. The game was also just announced for Switch today, and that edition is being handled by the main console team.

Pipework Studio is behind Terraria on Switch. In case you’re curious, that’s the same group in charge of the title on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Zoink already has a couple of games lined up for Switch. We can look forward to the just-announced Flipping Death as well as Zombie Vikings.

Aside from those two projects, Zoink is also working on Fe in partnership with EA. When asked about a Switch version, Zoink CEO and creative director Klaus Lyngeled said, “We are talking about a Switch version and looking into it, but it’s a little too early to say.”

At a keynote in Barcelona at Mobile World Congress today, Niantic CEO John Hanke teased the future of Pokemon GO. Three major new releases are planned for the mobile game this year. Hanke didn’t clarify, but that’s likely in addition to the Generation 2 update.

Here’s a bit of incredibly interesting news. With consumers now getting their hands on the Switch Pro Controller, we’re able to get a better understanding of its capabilities. And as it turns out, the Pro Controller seems to work natively on PC. All indications are that it works as a standard Windows gamepad.

A new trailer is now up for the 3DS version of 6180 the moon. Watch it below.

The fourth Pokemon Global Mission in Pokemon Sun and Moon only just kicked off a few hours ago, but it’s already been a success.

Players were asked to collectively earn 250,000 Battle Points at the Battle Tree. The current total is already at over 550,000, so that goal has been absolutely smashed.

PGL members will earn 4,000 Festival Coins, while Trainers who do not belong to the PGL will earn 2,000 Festival Coins for completing the mission. A Heavy Ball will also be handed out since Battle Points surpassed 500,000. You can get If five Rare Candy as well if you earn 3 Battle Points.

Rebellion announced today that the company is bringing back its third-person shooter Rogue Trooper. The new version, titled Rogue Trooper Redux, is planned for Switch.

Here’s a brief overview:
