Nintendo Switch Parental Controls

Update: Bumped to the top. The same update is out now. For some reason, it’s version 1.0.1 rather than 1.0.2.

Original: A new update is out now for the Switch Parental Controls app, but only on Android as of now. It’s changed to version 1.0.2 on the device. Nintendo says that bug fixes were implemented, and that’s pretty much it.

Inti Creates was hoping to have Blaster Master Zero’s update ready for the game’s western launch tomorrow, but it’ll take just a bit longer. A tweet sent out earlier today notes that the patch, which adds support for the Switch Pro Controller, will be going live on March 16 instead.

Blaster Master Zero won’t just be on Switch. The 3DS is seeing a simultaneous release as well.

Hamster has heard the complaints and is already looking to address the situation. Next week, the games should be updated to correct the reported problems.

Also worth noting, NAM-1975 is coming to the Japanese Switch eShop tomorrow. It will cost 823 yen.
