Paul Cuisset and Microids have announced that they’re working on a sequel to the 1992 game Flashback. Flashback 2 is currently in development for “PC and consoles”. A release is planned for 2022.
Switch received a new version of the original Flashback in 2018. The sequel will likely end up on the console as well.

ININ Games and Studio Artdink today revealed the final western release date for Wonder Boy: Asha in Monster World. The game is coming to Switch on May 28 in North America, Europe, and Australia. It recently launched in Japan.

NIS America has set a final release date for Prinny Presents NIS Classics Vol. 1. The two-in-one collection will launch on August 31 in North America, September 3 in Europe, and September 10 in Oceania.
Prinny Presents NIS Classics Vol. 1 includes Phantom Brave: The Hermuda Triangle Remastered and Soul Nomad & the World Eaters.

D’Avekki Studios today announced that Dark Nights with Poe and Munro, a full motion video title, will be heading to Switch. A release date is not yet confirmed.

The Father or Foe event has come to Pokemon Masters EX, adding Ghetsis & Kyurem for all players. The event will run until May 20th, 2021 at 06:00 UTC. Additionally, the Alder & Volcarona sync pair is back in the Spotlight, so players can enjoy an increased chance of adding or upgrading the pair on their roster. The Spotlight Scout will run until May 18th, so there is plenty of time to get those pulls in.

Epic Chef boxart, pre-orders open

Epic Chef, a story-driven adventure game with life-sim, cooking, and crafting elements, was announced for Switch about a month ago. We now have confirmation that it will have a physical release.
Epic Chef has started to appear at retailers, providing the boxart above. Pre-orders are open on Amazon, Best Buy, and GameStop. For folks in the UK, it’s up on Amazon here.
Epic Chef is due out on Switch this summer.
