Bandai Namco announced today that both Super Robot Wars V and Super Robot Wars X would be coming to Nintendo Switch. No further details were provided, except to look out for the full announcement in this week’s issue of Famitsu.

Super Robot Wars V and X were first released in 2017 and 2018, respectively, on PS4 and PS Vita, so this marks their debut on a Nintendo platform.

As reported a short while ago, Square Enix has made a demo available for Oninaki. Take a look at some footage below.

The Switch RPG Oninaki won’t be ready for another month, but Square Enix has actually released a demo for the game. It’s currently out now in Europe and Australia. We assume that it will be extended in North America when the eShop updates tomorrow. The demo takes up 1.4GB of space.

Since Oninaki has an eShop listing, we now know the game’s file size. It’ll be a 2.7GB download on Switch.

To celebrate the end of Splatoon 2’s final Splatfest, Nintendo has added in a new reward for players. In North America, members can spend 100 Platinum Points on the just-added gear set.

Over time, the controllers seem to deteriorate (more so with the left one), which results in them sending input to the console without actually being moved. We have experienced this on our end, and aware of the issues you have also encountered. Law firm Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith finally filed a class-action lawsuit last week following the complaints.

The Verge reached out to Nintendo for a comment about the situation. In response, the company stated:

Kill la Kill: IF

Kill la Kill: IF launches on Switch later this week. If you’re interested in seeing what the game has to offer though, you can now find a demo on the eShop. It’s live in both North America and Europe.

We published a review of Kill la Kill: IF yesterday. Find our verdict of the fighter here
