Carnival Games is out now on Switch, and a new launch trailer is here to promote its release. Take a look at it below.

Nintendo today announced the Nintendo Switch Holiday Experience, an opportunity for fans to go hands-on with previously-released and upcoming games. Select shopping centers across the United States will house demos for hit games like Super Smash Bros. Ultimate starting November 10.

Last night, we found out that Kirby Star Allies is getting a third major update with new Dream Friends and more. Nintendo has now published an English version of the trailer, available below.

Aloft Studio has announced that Hazelnut Bastille’s Kickstarter has been fully funded. The project currently sits at around $75,000 from close to 2,000 backers. Thanks to the Kickstarter success, Hazelnut Bastille has been officially confirmed for Switch.

Aloft says the team is “making good progress toward our goal of developing for the Nintendo Switch in tandem”. No matter what happens, Hazelnut Bastille will be on Switch and backers can choose this platform for their rewards.

Hazelnut Bastille’s initial release is targeted for around October 2020. The in-progress Kickstarter can be found here.

Bandai Namco released the latest batch of Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition screenshots today, primarily showing off the game’s various characters. Check out the new images below.

In order to further their sales success on console, Falcom has confirmed that they will be releasing multiple new titles by September 2019 in Japan, according to their latest financial briefing.

This is reported to include a new Ys title set after the events of Ys VIII as well, in order to celebrate the long-running series’ 30th anniversary.

While it is not confirmed if or how many of these new titles might end up on Switch, Falcom has stated that they plan on continuing to develop for multiple platforms.

Best Buy has officially debuted their Black Friday ad, which will have Nintendo fans saving quite a bit of cash later on this month.

Attempting to contend with other retailers such as Walmart and target, many of the same deals found there for Black Friday are also being offered at Best Buy — including both the $299.99 Mario Kart 8 Switch console bundle and the $79.99 Super Mario Maker Edition Nintendo 2DS. In addition, fans will be able to save $40 on the Starlink Starter Pack, as well as 20% off on all Starlink accessories. Various Switch PowerA controllers and accessories will also be discounted by up to 40%.

Ahead of the December 20th release date for Kunio-kun: The World Classics Collection on Switch in Japan, Arc System Works has put out an official trailer for the assortment.

The footage showcases the 18 classic Kunio-kun titles that are part of the collection, as well as the 19th game that is bonus for early buyers. Be sure to check out the video below.

Walmart

Walmart has revealed a ton of deals that will be available to customers during Black Friday later this month. If you’re a Switch owner, be on the lookout for a number of good sales.

Walmart will have a number of titles slashed to $35, including Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, Kirby Star Allies, ARMS, Xenoblade Chronicles 2, and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Other highlights include Dragon Ball FighterZ for $25 and South Park: The Fractured But Whole for just $17.

Have you purchased Mutant Football League: Dynasty Edition on Switch? If so, you might have noticed that a couple of teams are missing – specifically the Purple Mutant Eaters and Hexxon Oilers.

Digital Dreams Entertainment is aware of the issue, and plans to address the situation soon. Both teams will be offered as free DLC in the eShop starting November 9 at 3 PM PT / 6 PM ET.

Note that this applies to the USA, Canada, and Mexico. Europe will follow a bit later.
