Starlink: Battle for Atlas sales “fell below expectations”, no more physical toys

The Starlink: Battle for Atlas development team posted an update on future plans for the game today. Depending on how you look at the situation, the latest news is either a good thing or a bad thing.
According to Ubisoft, Starlink’s sales “fell below expectations.” That has resulted in the end of physical toys. Fortunately, the team is “hard at work on our biggest update to the game so far and are pleased to tell all of you that there will be new digital ships, pilots and weapons to collect.” That’s on top of free missions, challenges, and new activities.

A look at Enter the Gungeon’s physical release boxart, listed for June 26 launch

Enter the Gungeon was confirmed to be receiving a physical release last August. Although there hasn’t been a whole of news since that initial announcement, we finally have an update.
GameStop added in a listing for Enter the Gungeon’s physical release. You can pre-order the game here. Aside from showing the boxart, the listing contains a June 26 release date. That could be tentative, so we’ll let you know if anything changes.
Next ARMS Party Crash Bash goes live on April 12

Nintendo is gearing up for the next ARMS Party Crash Bash. For those who missed it, the event is being held to determine the game’s best character.
This time around, Mechanica and Dr. Coyle will be battling it out under the theme “Brainy Busters”.
Expect the latest ARMS Party Crash Bash on April 12. It’ll last until April 15.

PDP to offer first Switch controller with integrated in-game chat support

PDP today revealed the Faceoff Deluxe+ Audio Wired Controller. As a new product for Switch, it’s apparently the first controller with integrated in-game chat support. It features a 3.5mm jack, audio controls, interchangeable faceplates, and two programmable buttons.
Pre-orders for the Faceoff Deluxe+ Audio Wired Controller open in May. A specific release date and price point have not yet been announced.

Giga Wrecker Alt. only delayed in Japan, still out on May 2 in the west

Giga Wrecker Alt. was dated for May 2 on Switch a few weeks back. But yesterday, the Japanese eShop updated with a notice indicating that the game had been delayed to later on in 2019.
The good news is that the west in unaffected. Unlike in Japan, Giga Wrecker Alt. remains on track for May 2 overseas. Japan appears to be the only region impacted by the delay.
