Bandai Namco has announced that new balance adjustments are incoming for Dragon Ball: The Breakers. Changes will be made later today at 7 PM PT / 10 PM ET.

Bandai Namco says it it “observing survivability rate and Raider defeat rate have been increasing as the playing skills of Survivor have been improving since the game launch.” That means adjustments are planned for Cell, Majin Buu, and more.

Marvelous has issued the official opening movie for Rune Factory 3 Special. This is what players will see before starting the game, and it shows off the various characters they’ll encounter along the way.

Rune Factory 3 Special is the updated version of the DS title for Switch. You can read more about it below.

The latest Japanese hardware sales from Famitsu are as follows:

7Levels has formed a partnership with Afterburn to bring Railbound to Switch, the company announced today. A release is planned for December 1, 2022.

Railbound is described as “a comfy track-bending puzzle game about a pair of dogs on a train journey around the world.” Players will join, sever, and rearrange railways across different beautiful landscapes while using tracks, tunnels, barriers, and more to connect carriages in the right order and help passengers reach their destinations. The game has over 150 puzzles, support for HD Rumble and the touchscreen, and more.

Original (10/20): Aksys Games is localizing Cuddly Forest Friends and intends to release an English version on Switch in North America and Europe in February 2023, it’s been announced.

Cuddly Forest Friends is known as Gesshizu: Mori no Chiisana Nakama-tachi in Japan. It originally launched in July 2020.

Ahead of its release on Switch tomorrow, gameplay footage of Tactics Ogre: Reborn has emerged. Fans interested in the remastered version of the turn-based strategy RPG can check out an hour and fifteen minutes’ worth of footage below:

It has been announced that Nintendo Switch Online subscribers in Japan will be able to try Coffee Takj for free as part of the latest Switch Online Game Trial. Like other Switch Online Game Trials, players who hold a Nintendo Switch Online subscription will be able to play the entirety of the game’s content for the duration of the trial, which is scheduled to go live on November 21. Here’s some more information about the game:

Capcom have announced a digital event for Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak will take place on November 16, which will cover content to be released in the upcoming third free title update. The event will take place at 6:OO PST/14:00 GMT, and you can check out the teaser trailer below:

Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak is available now for Switch. The second free title update was released on September 29, and added new monsters such as Flaming Espinas and the Qurious Crafting feature to the game.

During its earnings report for the last fiscal year, Falcom took the opportunity to announce that they plan to release three games on Switch in Japan by the end of the current fiscal year, ending in September 2023. Furthermore, one of those games is set to be the next installment in the Ys series of RPGs, which will be launching on Switch alongside PS5 and PS4 version of the game.

No additional details were divulged as to the nature of these games, although we do have information on some of the content of the next Ys title from an interview that was held back in June. Here is some of the notable information provided in that interview by Falcom president Toshihiro Kondo:
