Nintendo hardware that acts as both a docked and portable experience isn’t exactly a new concept for the company. After all, it’s the very feature that Switch is based on. GameCube also used similar functionality with the Game Boy Player, allowing Game Boy, Game Boy Color, and Game Boy Advance titles to be played on a television.

It turns out that there was some similar experimentation for the DS Lite as well. After roughly 15 years, a leftover feature has been discovered in the DS Lite SoC involving TV output.

Turok 2: Seeds of Evil first released on Switch back in 2019. It turns out that Nightdive Studios isn’t finished with the game, as a substantial update has been announced. The classic N64 first-person shooter is set to receive online multiplayer and more.

The arena fighter Mighty Fight Federation has secured a release date on Switch – kind of. It’ll be added to the European eShop tomorrow, February 25. The North American release will be happening soon.

Remember that Switch is region free. If you can’t wait for the North American launch, you can create a European Nintendo Account and purchase Mighty Fight Federation from the European eShop.

Minecraft Dungeons received a major update today, bringing the game to version 1.8.0.0. It includes new endgame content, enchantments, balance changes, and much more. That’s on top of new DLC that challenges heroes through the harsh landscape of the Nether.
