Lost Reavers has received a pretty big update. The game has been updated with a new level, weapons, events, costumes, and bug fixes. Today’s update is 1,340MB, so you may need to make some extra room for the extra content.

Splatoon’s Squid Sisters have already seen two concerts in Japan. Nintendo’s now expanding their reach, as a new performance is set to be held at the Japan Expo in France on July 8.

Miiverse will be undergoing some major maintenance next week, during which the service will be down. While Miiverse is down, game functions that use Miiverse will not be available either. Nintendo gives the specific examples of BLADE functions in Xenoblade X, uploading courses or showing comments in Super Mario Maker, and uploading screenshots, stages, and replays in Super Smash Bros. for 3DS and Wii U. The estimated maintenance times are listed below:

North America (EST): June 6th, 10PM to June 7th, 6AM
North America (PST): June 6th, 7PM to June 7th, 3AM
Europe: June 7th, 4AM to 12PM
UK: June 7th, 3AM to 11AM
Japan: June 7th, 11AM to 7PM

Three new Miitomo rewards will be added to My Nintendo tomorrow. According to a Japanese newsletter, these items will be available:

Star Outfit: 200 Platinum Coins
Animal Slippers: 200 Platinum Coins
SNES T-Shirt: 200 Platinum Coins

Although this news originated from Nintendo’s Japanese newsletter, the rewards should be going up in North America and Europe tomorrow based on precedent. We’ll let you know if we hear otherwise.

The 3DS eShop is celebrating its fifth anniversary next week. To honor the occasion, Nintendo will be hosting a huge sale in Japan. A ton of retail titles, downloadable software, and Virtual Console games will be discounted – 100 of them, in fact.

First, here are some of the highlights:

Minecraft: Wii U Edition has received a new update. It’s unclear what exactly it entails, but we do know that it takes up 143MB of free space. We’ll let you know if we receive any patch notes.

Nintendo released official videos for Majin Tensei II: Spiral Nemesis and Granbo on the Japanese Wii U Virtual Console. Watch them below.

Update: Bumped to the top. Manaphy is now available in North America.


A new Pokemon distribution has kicked off in Europe and Australia for X, Y, Omega Ruby, and Alpha Sapphire. Players can now get their hands on Manaphy, who can’t be found in the wild. You can also breed it with Ditto to obtain Phione. The event runs through June 24.
