Minecraft has graces most gaming systems, but it has yet to arrive on Nintendo platforms. That doesn’t mean developer Mojang is against the idea though.
“If I had my way, we’d be on everything,” COO Vu Bui told MCV. “We want to continue to be available to all players, and that means being on new platforms because everyone uses something different.”
MCV specifically asked if a Nintendo version of Minecraft could be possible. Regarding this, Bui said: “I’ve never heard a reason why we haven’t ended up on Wii U or 3DS. It just hasn’t happened yet.”
So how about it: is Minecraft something you guys would like to see on Wii U and 3DS?
A few new screenshots from Langrisser Re:Incarnation Tensei are now available for viewing. You can get a look at them in the gallery below.
Two New 3DS XL colors have been made available in North America (along with the limited edition Majora’s Mask system). At the moment, consumers have the option of purchasing a black or red handheld. Play-Asia is now listing a third color that will apparently be coming to North America in just a few weeks.
The Metallic Blue New 3DS XL is seemingly heading stateside based on Play-Asia’s listing. If it’s accurate, we’ll be seeing the new color variation sometime in August.
Nintendo has not yet announced the Metallic Blue New 3DS XL for North America. We’ll see if that changes within the next few weeks.
Update: Marth seems gone from Target. GameStop has Ness up here (along with a bundle featuring King Dedede and the GameCube adapter for Wii U).
A few amiibo are currently in stock on Target’s website. These figures include:
Rosalina
Marth
Jigglypuff
Wii Fit Trainer
Charizard
Wario
The amiibo probably won’t last long, so get an order in while you can!
