Party games are the best 😀 pic.twitter.com/0YMKJeFylc— Blue Sunset Games (@BlueSunsetGames) April 4, 2017
We’ve included an overview and trailer for Animal Rivals below so that you can see what the title has to offer.
“Animal Rivals is a classic Party Game, but prepared to meet current standards and offer unique gameplay. The players will have a chance to play as different funny animals, that fight for the Animalonia’s throne. Each animal has his own desires and reasons to fight and uses their own way of fighting. But the tournament itself is not easy – contenders need to use their speed, cleverness and intelligence. Animal Rivals is perfect game for 4 players, that love to compete locally, just like in classic party games. It exists to provide players just what they need. Game presents a uniqe art style mixing the cartoonish looks and satire approach. So both the old and young gamers will find something for themselves. Great and healthy competition, challenges and fun are what Animal Rivals is!”

Posted on 7 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Switch | 33 Comments
Update (4/4): Now up for pre-order on GameStop.
Original (4/3): A couple of months ago, Nicalis’ Tyrone Rodriguez shared an image of Switch’s Home Menu. It depicted the icons of a few games: The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+, 1001 Spikes, Hydra, and Cave Story. We pretty much knew that last game was happening, but now it’s been made official.
Cave Story is coming to Switch as Cave Story+. Like The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+, it will have a physical release.
Along with upgraded HD graphics, the game will have seven play modes such as Wind Fortress and Boss Rush, more than twenty boss battles, fifteen levels, ten unique weapons, and four unique endings.
Switch is getting Cave Story+ on June 20. Pricing is set at $29.99.
