Several new titles are coming to the Japanese eShop on April 6. Here’s a look at the upcoming digital downloads:

Nintendo has started to update its website with some of the digital Wii U and 3DS games coming out in North America this week.
Thus far, here’s what’s scheduled:
Wii U
6-Hand Video Poker – $6.00
Chronicles of Teddy: Harmony of Exidus – $14.99
Now I know my ABCs – $2.49
PixlCross – $5.99
3DS
Justice Chronicles – $9.99
These games will all be available on Thursday. It’s not complete though, as we’ll probably be getting at least one Virtual Console game.

A look into the cancelled Bonk: Brink of Extinction

Bonk: Brink of Extinction was in development for WiiWare and other platforms many years ago. Even though it was very far along into production, Hudson cancelled the project.
We’ve seen bits and pieces of Bonk: Brink of Extinction over the years, but YouTube user PtoPOnline has another look at the game – including direct-feed footage. Watch the video below for his report on the development and more.

Update: Star Fox Guard – Star Fox Zero file size

Update: Here’s the updated Star Fox Guard size: 2329.41 MB (thanks TheBC97).
A listing on Nintendo of Europe’s website reveals the Star Fox Zero file size. It weighs in at 7514.10 MB.
Star Fox Zero will be sold at retail as well as on the eShop. In North America, all copies of the game will come with Star Fox Guard on a separate disc. The two standalone titles will be available on the eShop.

Top 5 grossing portable games of 2015 worldwide

App Annie published a report this month about gaming. On one particular page, there’s some interesting data pertaining to sales of portable titles last year.
Here’s the lineup of the top 5 grossing portable games worldwide:
1. Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer
2. Monster Hunter Generations
3. Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D
4. Yo-kai Watch Busters
5. Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire
Two Japan-only games made the list: Monster Hunter Generations (coming out this summer in the west) and Yo-kai Watch Busters. The entire lineup isn’t too much of a surprise!

Nintendo Zone will no longer be available at McDonald’s in Germany

Nintendo’s relationship with McDonald’s when it comes to Nintendo Zones in Germany is ending. Today, it was announced that these hubs will no longer be available throughout the country starting on April 1. Nintendo will share news about new providers and locations for Nintendo Zone in the future.
