Famitsu and 4Gamer both published articles today with developers from various game companies discussing ambitions for 2020 and teasing what’s to come. Represetnatives from Atlus, Koei Tecmo, PlatinumGames, Inti Creates, and more had some interesting things to say.

Construction continues on Super Nintendo World in Japan. The theme park is still coming together, and a couple of new photos show the latest progress.

We have a photo above that gives another look at the layout – and it appears that Yoshi is now on place. There’s also another picture below offering a zoomed-out view of construction.

The upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog movie just received a new trailer, albeit in Japanese. There’s some new and old footage mixed together, but one of the things we’re able to see is a quick look at baby Sonic.

Two new Pokemon games have just been released – but on an unexpected platform. Starting today, fans can try out Pokemon Tower Battle and Pokemon Medallion Battle on Facebook Gaming.

My Nintendo members can now head to the Nintendo Store to purchase exclusive clothing items with designs inspired by Luigi’s Mansion 3, The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening, and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. These items are available in an array of sizes from Extra Small to 3XL. You can take a look at all the exclusive items on offer at the My Nintendo Store.

My Nintendo has added in a new set of rewards for North American members. The latest update includes a Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore calendar, 3DS themes, and discounts.

The Wizard will always have close ties to Nintendo for its promotion of the NES and introduction to Super Mario Bros. 3. Now more than thirty years after the film’s original debut, it will now have a re-release on Blu-ray with a special collector’s edition.

The upcoming collector’s edition is confirmed to have new special features. Fans can look forward to audio commentary, deleted scenes, interviews, and more.

Both of these new amiibo are due out on January 17, 2020.
