China has a new Pokemon GO ripoff, and it’s one of the creepier clones that we’ve seen.

The app comes from developer Rejected Games: FPS Adventure & Sport SimulationAdventure. “Pokeball Coach for Pokemon Go” was apparently intended to help players practice throws for Niantic’s true game, but it included designs that offer plenty of nightmare fuel.

Pokeball Coach for Pokemon Go ended up launching on the Google Play Store in late July. However, it now features original animals and multi-colored balls. Copyright issues likely prompted the changes.

The eShop has populated with news about one of the game’s heading to North America next week. On August 18, Ratilakia Games will publish the digital game Blasting Agent: Ultimate Edition.

Blasting Agent was previously confirmed for next week in Europe.

Here are some screenshots and an overview from the eShop listing:

With Style Savvy: Fashion Forward coming to North America next week, Nintendo has now opened the official website. You can access it right here. Visit it for details, screenshots, videos, and more.

Dragon Ball: Fusions recently made its way to Japan. The new 3DS game comes from Bandai Namco and Ganbarion, the latter company of which created Pandora’s Tower.

Dragon Ball: Fusions appears to be seeing a good reception in Japan thus far. With Famitsu for instance, it reviewed highly. It earned a score of 33 points out of 40 from four editors – individual scores of “8”, “8”, “8”, and “9”.

We’ve now prepared a translation of Famitsu’s review. Continue on below to read it in full.

Axiom Verge might be making its way to Wii U early next month. On the eShop, a date of September 1 appeared, though only briefly. It also showed for a short time as an upcoming title, but has since been removed from the section. Visiting Axiom Verge’s eShop page now simply shows a date of “TBD”.

There are one of two possibilities here. Either Nintendo didn’t want folks knowing about Axiom Verge’s release date yet, or a mistake was made. We do know that September 1 is a Thursday – when most digital games are out. September 1 would also still fit in with the planned summer launch.

In any case, we should be hearing about when Axiom Verge is coming in the very near future. We’ve included an overview and some screenshots from the eShop listing below.

Last month, we shared some excerpts from a Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice developer interview included in a recent issue of Japanese magazine Nintendo Dream. If you missed it, head on over here for tidbits about Maya’s return, scrapped ideas, and more.

What we translated didn’t actually cover Nintendo Dream’s entire discussion. There were also several pages dedicated entirely to talk about the different characters in the game, ranging from big ones like Phoenix and Apollo up through new additions such as Ahlbi. We now have an extremely lengthy summary based on the interview with Motohide Eshiro (producer), Takeshi Yamazaki (director), and Takuro Fuse (co-director).

If you decide to proceed, be aware that there are some light spoilers. The summary covers characters included in multiple cases.

A new Pokemon GO exploit is starting to circulate, making it impossible to take over a gym.

The issue comes down entirely to eggs. Somehow, players have managed to make them gym leaders. But due to a lack of moves and HP, eggs can’t be defeated. The egg simply stays there and can’t be removed in any way.

Reports thus far have pointed to issues with gyms in New York City. You can see a couple of videos showing how the exploit is affecting players below.

Capcom has uploaded another Otomon video for Monster Hunter Stories. Find one for the Stygian Zinogre below.

VIZ Media made it known yesterday that the company is localizing the Zelda: Twilight Princess manga. Just as we learned from an Otakon panel, the first volume will be made available in English next March. As for the rest of the world? Fortunately, there are plans to have the manga in other languages as well.

Tokyopop will be handling the German version of the Zelda: Twilight Princess manga, and it’ll actually be coming out very soon. The first volume is due out on November 17 for €6.50. Plans are also in place for Spanish and French editions.

Thanks to Tokyopop, we also now know how long the manga will run for. The publisher confirmed that a total of four volumes will be released.

Lastly, Tokyopop will also be bringing out The Legend of Zelda: Legendary Edition based on Ocarina of Time on November 17. North America will have it on November 1.
