Sonic Colors: Ultimate

Sonic Colors: Ultimate is an upgrade over the Wii original in a few different ways. Aside from sprucing up the visuals, new content will be included like the Rival Rush mode, customization, and Jade Ghost Wisp.

When it comes to the Switch version, it does appear that there will be one drawback. Whereas Sonic Colors: Ultimate will run at 60 frames per second on most platforms, it’s looking like the action will be 30 FPS on Nintendo’s console. This seems to be the case after an updated version of the most recent trailer was published specifically for Switch at 30 FPS. Additionally, a part from the original video was removed about the game now running at 60 FPS.

Minecraft Dungeons Echoing Void

Minecraft Dungeons is set to receive new content this month. Along with new DLC titled Echoing Void, Mojang Studios is also preparing another free update for all players. It’ll all be available on July 28.

With a month to go until release, Konami has made a demo for Yu-Gi-Oh! Rush Duel: Saikyou Battle Royale!! available on the Japanese eShop. That’s given us a look at first gameplay, which you can see below.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Rush Duel: Saikyou Battle Royale!! launches for Switch in Japan on August 12. A western release has not been announced at this time.

Nintendo has scheduled a little bit of maintenance for the coming week. There’s nothing planned for Switch at present (at least in terms of what’s been announced in advance), but there is one session lined up for Wii U and 3DS.
