Posted on 4 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Switch | 0 comments
Nintendo is giving ARMS a bit of new exposure between its new character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and recent free Switch Online trial. On top of that, the Party Crash events have returned as well.
This week gave us the “Battle for Stardom” theme in which Spring Man and Ribbon Girl went head to head. It was a close match, but ultimately Spring Man took home the win with 52 percent.
We should be seeing additional ARMS Party Crash events soon.

Producer Keisuke Kikuchi talks Fatal Frame again, comments on the possibility of Switch remasters

With the lack of Fatal Frame games in recent years, fans have been very much anticipating a new entry. We asked series producer Keisuke Kikuchi about the possibility of the franchise appearing on Switch a few months ago, and while he seemed potentially interested, no promises were made.
We saw the strong fan reaction after we published our article and decided to give things another go by asking Kikuchi about Fatal Frame once again. We also brought up the possibility of remasters since we know that’s something some of our readers expressed interest in.
Here’s our full exchange with Kikuchi:

[Let’s Talk] Super Mario re-release for Switch you’d like to see the most
Posted on 4 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in Let's Talk, Switch | 0 comments
This past Monday brought us a slew of rumors regarding Nintendo’s plans for Super Mario this year. To celebrate the franchise’s 35th anniversary, 2020 will apparently be bringing many re-releases/remasters on Switch. Much of what we’ve heard concerns 3D Mario games. Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine, and Super Mario Galaxy will be returning, if the rumors turn out to be true. Super Mario 3D World may also be getting the “Deluxe” treatment with additional levels.
Out of these 3D Mario games, which one would you be most interested in seeing return on Switch? What about that game has managed to capture your attention out of all the others? Share your thoughts with us in the comments below.

All BioShock and Borderlands games will be available separately on the Switch eShop

2K made a few new announcements for Switch last week during the new Nintendo Direct Mini. New collections for BioShock, Borderlands, and XCOM 2 are all reaching the system in just a couple of months. It’s the first time that these titles will be appearing on a Nintendo console.
As you may know, 2K will be selling each collection both physically and digitally. But let’s say you’re only interested in BioShock 2. Or maybe you only care about the original Borderlands. If that’s the case, you’ll be happy to hear that all titles in the BioShock and Borderlands collections will be sold individually on the eShop, allowing you to pick and choose the titles you wish to purchase digitally. On top of that, you can also choose to buy BioShock: The Collection and Borderlands Legendary Collection as single packages. In other words, you can either buy any of the games individually or the full collections – whichever you prefer.
BioShock: The Collection and Borderlands Legendary Collection, along with XCOM 2 Collection, are slated for May 29.
