Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope won’t feature any sort of multiplayer modes. That’s according to Quentin Correggi, the associate producer on the game.
We recently had the opportunity to speak with Correggi, and one of the topics we discussed is whether the game will feature PvP like the original title. Twitter user mattybicky asked if a Ubisoft Connect account is required for the game. In response, Ubisoft Support said “you will need to associate your Ubisoft account with the Nintendo one or, if you don’t have a Ubisoft account, to create one.”
