Despite coming out many years later on Switch, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has still managed to sell a significant amount of copies on the platform. In 2019, the open world RPG shifted around 700,000 copies on Nintendo’s console.

That tidbit comes from CD Projekt Red’s new management board report. A chart included in the document shows that 11 percent of The Witcher 3’s overall sales were on Switch last year. Remember that the title debuted in mid-October on the system, so it was on the market for less than three months in 2019.

Pineapple Works will publish Legends of Amberland: The Forgotten Crown on Switch this month, the company has announced. It will launch via the eShop on April 20.

Theme Park Simulator is making its way to Switch next week, BadLand Publishing has announced. The game will be offered digitally via the eShop starting April 17.

A new element of Streets of Rage 4 has been revealed in a trailer issued by DotEmu today.

In the game, players can access tributes to previous entries in the series, including “unlockable pixel art characters with movesets and abilities unique to their respective games”. The original Streets of Rage 1 and 2 soundtracks will also be available.

Here’s some additional information:

H2 Interactive will publish Super Pixel Racers on Switch next week. That’s according to a Japanese eShop listing, which shows a release date of April 16.

Update: The official word we have from DotEmu is that the “date is not final or confirmed”. It’s unclear if the game will be launching this month as listed on the eShop. DotEmu says it’ll be “soon”, however.


Original: Streets of Rage 4 will launch on Switch this month, according to an eShop listing. The game just received a store page showing a release date of April 23. We previously heard that it would arrive sometime this spring.

Note that importing is unfortunately not an option. You may want to use a service such as Forward2Me as a workaround if you live in the United States.
