Kylotonn, developer of the racing title WRC 7, is “looking into” developing for Switch. That’s according to director Alain Jarniou, who was asked about the possibility of supporting the console while speaking to RedBull.
Regarding Switch, Jarniou had this to say:
“Just like Nintendo used to do, with the Switch they’ve provided us with a new way of playing, and it’s very interesting. We are looking into this new platform to see how it can fit for our games in general. Everything is possible and WRC 7 might come out on the Switch if we find good matches with the game experience.
Technically, the device is quite different to other platforms. It’s exciting to see what’s behind it and what kind of possibilities it provides. We are expecting good surprises! In terms of usage, it’s also something quite new; gameplay will surely need some adaptation, but that is a good opportunity to rethink the driving experience.
Driving a rally car while on the bus can be fun, for sure!”
Since the launch of Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition last week, some users have been reporting an odd issue. Without any input from the user, the problem involves screenshots being taken automatically and randomly. While not confirmed at the time, the situation appeared to be tied to Minecraft.
4J Studios posted an update on Twitter today confirming that Minecraft is indeed the cause, and Nintendo now knows what’s causing it. A bug fix will be addressed soon to not only address problems with screenshots, but false Home button presses as well.

Over Fence is promising free update that will bring in some additions such as new items and stages. The team intends to keep players interested for as long as possible.
For those who haven’t heard, Battle Sports Mekuru is a versus game supporting up to four players. Along with local battles, online play is also supported.
Characters can be controlled with the joystick / buttons at the right. The victors of each battle will be decided in a short period, so you can play repeatedly multiple times. Play time can be set, with the shortest being 30 seconds.

As an avid Fire Emblem fan, I have a lot of respect for how far the series has come, especially considering that Awakening was supposed to be the final entry. It’s clear that the new direction for these games clicked very well with western players, breathing new life into a tired chain of tactical RPGs. If essentially “waifu-ing” Fire Emblem up and making the games overall easier to play meant I could still get my Fire Emblem fix every other year, then so be it. However, with Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentina, the developers decided to draw the series back to its roots by remaking the Japan-exclusive Famicom game Fire Emblem Gaiden.
