On its Gamescom 2016 stream a few minutes ago, Nintendo showed off the upcoming DLC on the way to FAST Racing Neo. Take a look at the recording below.

Square Enix recently reconfirmed Dragon Quest X for NX. Now we can say the same about the series’ latest entry, Dragon Quest XI.

In this month’s issue of Nintendo Dream, Dragon Quest series creator Yuji Horii, Pokemon series producer Junichi Masuda, and Super Smash Bros. series director Masahiro Sakurai all participated in a roundtable discussion. At one point, the discussion shifted to Dragon Quest XI, and Horii said that the game will indeed be on NX. Moreover, it sounds like the goal is to have all versions launch simultaneously in order to avoid spoilers.

Here’s the full exchange, as translated by Gematsu:

XSEED confirmed the localization of Corpse Party on 3DS back in April. As part of the initial announcement, the publisher said the game would be ready to hit store shelves this summer. Those plans may have since changed.

For one thing, time is running out on summer. We still don’t have a concrete date, and we’re a month away from the start of fall. Retailers also started to update their Corpse Party listings this past week. While many had the game pinned down for a tentative August 30 launch, the likes of Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, and GameFly now indicate that it’ll be available on October 4.

In any case, this is all partially speculation on my part. There are still a few weeks left in the summer, so maybe XSEED is simply gearing up for a (very) late fall release. Hopefully we’ll find out what’s happening soon.

Puzzle & Dragons X recently added a collaboration based on Monster Hunter Stories. Take a look at some footage of the event below.

Sneaky Ninja will soon be making its way to Wii U. While we wait for the eShop title, view a half hour of footage below.

Pokemon players in Europe and Australia can participate in a new distribution. By using the code “HAPPY”, you can receive a special Meowth with the move Happy Hour. It should be available in Pokemon X, Y, Omega Ruby, and Alpha Sapphire.

Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon were featured at Gamescom this past week. Battle director Shigeki Morimoto stopped by to show off more of Battle Royal, and we also got a first look at the new Pokemon Turtonator.

To start off the segment, Morimoto said he was indeed the one who included Mew in Pokemon Red/Green. Despite not actually being obtainable at the time, he added it because it might be used in some way further down the line. When asked about his favorite Pokemon, he naturally went with Mew.

Morimoto was also asked which new Pokemon is the most interesting to him and the one would he like in his team. His response? Alola Exeggcutor is his favorite. Morimoto used it before and is looking forward to using it again in its new form.

On Friday, Nikkei Trendy published a new interview with Shinya Takahashi, General Manager of Nintendo Entertainment Planning & Development. There’s admittedly not a whole lot in the discussion that’s new. However, it does offer some additional perspective on some topics, including NX.

At one point, the interviewer brings up how when Wii was being released, he heard that a part of the plan to get the system next to a television in living rooms was to make a game console that moms wouldn’t hate. That prompted Nikkei Trendy to ask if there plans like this for NX.

Takahashi said in response:

“I can’t talk about this in detail yet, but we are aiming so that neither people who like games nor moms dislike it. I think that I want to release a game device that both customers who have much experience in gaming and customers who haven’t played much can enjoy greatly.”
