Pokémon Shuffle keeps up with its usual updates, including two new stages, Mega Manectric and Rhyperior.

As is typical with Mega stages, Mega Manectric is a competitive battle to get Manectite. The top 15,000 players in Europe, 22,000 in North America, and 60,000 in Japan will earn the Manectite, with rewards for other placements as follows:
-Raise Max Level: Top 1,200 (EU), 1,800 (NA), and 5,000 (JP)
-Mega Speedup: Top 3,800 (EU), 5,600 (NA), and 15,000 (JP)
-Disruption Delay: Top 20,000 (EU), 30,000 (NA), and 80,000 (JP)
-Attack Power: All players who don’t get the Manectite
The competition will run until July 26.

Besides this competition, there are several regular battles. The Rhyperior stage is brand new, and Palkia, Landorus, Bellossom, and Daily Pokémon #2 (which features Druddigon, Pachirisu, Sigilyph, Tropius, and Farfetch’d) are all returning. Rhyperior, Palkia, and the Daily Pokémon stage all run until August 2, while Landorus and Bellossom run until July 26.

Nintendo’s stock is still on the rise. The company’s share price is now at over 30,000 yen, which is the highest since April 2010. It goes without saying that the recent surge can be attributed to Pokemon GO.

Nintendo’s market cap has also doubled since the app’s debut. It’s at over $40 billion, which is apparently higher than Sony.

We previously posted an unboxing video for the European version of the Monster Hunter Generations New 3DS XL. Now you can get a look at the North American one below.

Update (7/18): T-Mobile has clarified that the offer is not automatically applied. Customers will need to claim it via the T-Mobile Tuesdays app, which we have links to below.

“This deal is not automatically applied to all T-Mobile customers – they must claim the deal via the T-Mobile Tuesdays app in order to get the data. In order to avoid confusion, we want to be explicitly clear that people need to claim the offer versus having it automatically applied to their account.”

Original (7/14): Pokemon GO has been doing incredibly well since launching next week, and now T-Mobile is taking notice. As part of T-Mobile Tuesday, customers will be given free, unlimited data for the game. This will take place on July 19.

That’s only a portion of what T-Mobile is offering. Here’s the full rundown:

– Free, unlimited data on Pokémon Go, so it won’t touch your high-speed data—for a full year!
– Free Lyft rides up to $15 to get to a new PokéStop or Gym
– Free Wendy’s Frosty to fuel up for your hunting trip
– 50% off select accessories – including portable power packs and chargers at T-Mobile stores – so you can keep on playing for hours

The T-Mobile Tuesdays app can be downloaded on iOS and Android. That’ll allow them to participate in next week’s initiative.

Junichi Masuda is one of the most well-known developers behind the Pokemon series. He started out as a composer and programmer before becoming a director (and still making music at the same time).

Game Informer reached out to Masuda for a chat about music in the Pokemon games. He talked about what the process is like when he creates songs, his favorite tracks, juggling responsibilities between being a director / composer, and more.

Head past the break for a roundup of Masuda’s important answers. You can read the full interview on Game Informer.

Tumblestone may seem a bit pricey. The game normally costs $24.99, though you can get it for $22.49 on the Wii U eShop currently. A retail version is also coming soon.

The Quantum Astrophysicists Guild was asked during a Reddit AMA how the price was determined. Regarding this, the studio explained:
