Hipster Whale’s puzzle arcade adventure game Puzzle Piffle: A Cat Puzzle Adventure is reaching Switch next month, according to an eShop listing. The title will be available starting on September 2.

Runestone Keeper

Runestone Keeper, a challenging roguelike / roguelite dungeon crawler, still has another day to go until release on Switch. However, Circle Entertainment published a launch trailer for the game today – see it below.

Runestone Keeper is due out digitally for Switch via the eShop on August 20.

Hamster has announced the latest Arcade Archives game for Switch. Trigon will launch on August 20 worldwide, the company announced today.

Konami originally made Trigon in 1990. The shoot ’em up title has a total of nine levels.

Pricing for Trigon is set at $7.99 / €6.99 / £6.29.

Psyonix has announced major changes coming to Rocket League’s Tournament feature. When the game goes free-to-play, “players around the world will be able to join automatically scheduled Tournaments each day, climb their way through the bracket, and reap the rewards of victory”.

Jenny LeClue: Detectivu

Jenny LeClue: Detectivu was first announced for Switch back in December 2018. We’ve been holding out on a release for Nintendo’s console since then, and thankfully, the wait is almost over.

An eShop listing for Jenny LeClue: Detectivu just popped up on the eShop with what looks to be a final release date. It should be available digitally on August 26.

Jenny LeClue – Detectivu is an adventure game and sci-fi murder mystery “about detectiving, friends, and choosiness.” We have more details and a trailer below.

Taiko no Tatsujin: Drum 'n' Fun

Smash Bros. Ultimate

Nintendo has announced a new tournament event for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. For the theme this week, it’s all about royalty. Players can only use characters that are of royalty (or are connected to them). Only castle stages will be featured as well.

The new Smash Bros. Ultimate tournament goes live on August 21. It’ll last for a total of three days.
