Nintendo tends to be quiet regarding its E3 plans until the show is rather close, but this year, the company shared some news pretty early. Last week, it was announced that Super Smash Bros. Switch and Splatoon 2 will both be seeing their own tournaments.

Polygon spoke with Nintendo’s Bill Trinen about the Super Smash Bros. Invitational 2018 and Splatoon 2 World Championship. Trinen noted the following:

We’re not quite sure what’s going on with Bad Dudes at the moment. Originally, it was planned for March 21 on the Switch eShop. Its release date then moved to March 29.

Here we are once again: Bad Dudes still isn’t available. And the eShop listing has updated again, showing a new release date of April 5.

Will this new date stick? We can only hope. We’re not sure what’s even causing the delays, but the situation is definitely confusing.

We heard from Pipeworks Studio this week that Terraria is still in the works for Switch. Interestingly, a listing for the game has now appeared on Amazon Canada. That would seem to confirm that a physical version is happening similar to 3DS and Wii U.

As for an estimated release window, Amazon Canada sadly doesn’t provide anything new there. The retailer merely lists an obviously placeholder of December 31.

Terraria was originally intended for release on Switch sometime in 2017. We’re without a release date, but perhaps Amazon Canada’s listing is a sign that we could be seeing it sooner rather than later.

As is tradition for NIS America, Penny-Punching Princess’ release will be accompanied by a limited edition. Get a closer look at the full contents in the unboxing video below.

Following up on other regions, Amazon UK has finally started taking pre-orders for the Super Mario Encyclopedia. You can reserve the standard version here or the limited edition here.

As for other regions, Amazon US still has the Super Mario Encyclopedia here and at a slight discount. Folks in Canada can also pre-order with a discount here

Atooi started a Kickstarter for Chicken Wiggle Workshop a few weeks ago. With just a few days remaining in the campaign, the $30,000 target goal has been met. Chicken Wiggle Workshop will officially be made for Switch.

Chicken Wiggle Workshop is built on the same foundation as the overlooked 3DS game in which you can create platforming levels and share them online. For the Switch version, Atooi will be implementing HD artwork, though the original style will still be an option as well.

You can learn more about Chicken Wiggle Workshop on the Kickstarter page here.
