Dragalia Lost

On October 25, Astral Raids will be coming to Dragalia Lost. The upcoming boss this time is Shishimai. Astral Pieces will be required for raid challenges. The Imperial Onslaught event also has double drops live at this time — do note that drops for Astral Pieces and Wyrmprints will not be doubled, but you can enjoy increased rewards for other drops.

A new update has rolled out for Mario Kart Tour to address known issues, according to Nintendo. The file sizes are as follows: 74MB (Android) / 195.7MB (iOS.) There is also an additional 44MB download upon loading. This update will become mandatory in order to continue playing the game — so make sure to update by October 23.

It’s time for the latest Famitsu’s most wanted games chart. Once again, Pokemon Sword/Shield remains at the top for Nintendo titles.

Nintendo is continuing to roll out information about the Halloween tour in Mario Kart Tour. Today, the company announced that Waluigi is joining the game as a playable character. He’ll carry “an offense-oriented special skill”. Additionally, fans can look forward to the Waluigi Pinball track.

Nintendo previously confirmed a couple of other new playable characters. Luigi and King Boo will also be appearing, along with the Luigi’s Mansion course from Mario Kart DS.

The Halloween tour in Mario Kart Tour starts on October 22.

Vortex Attack EX

The arcade shooter Vortex Attack EX is joining the Switch eShop next week, according to a listing on the store. A release is planned for October 24.

Retrotainment Games and Mega Cat Studios have announced that their respective horror-infused NES games Haunted: Halloween ’86 (The Curse Of Possum Hollow) and Creepy Brawlers are coming digitally to Switch. Both were originally released on NES cartridges in Fall 2016 and Fall 2017 respectively.

As previously mentioned, the Halloween tour is starting in Mario Kart Tour on October 22. Luigi had already been confirmed as playable, and now the same can be said of King Boo as well. Nintendo says he has “his own special skill that’s surely fit for a king”.
