Fallout Mash-Up Pack coming to Minecraft: Wii U Edition
Posted on 9 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Wii U | 3 Comments
Minecraft: Wii U Edition will soon be adding some new DLC based on Fallout, Bethesda’s post-apocalyptic RPG franchise. Mojang announced the new DLC today and also shared first details about what’s included.
Here’s the lowdown:
“Working in the depths of their bunker complex, our artists and builders have been busy blasting Minecraft’s glorious overworld into an irradiated wasteland fit for Fallout fans to wander. Friendly cows, gently sauteed in the light of a thousand suns, have now sprouted second heads, while the familiar supersized spiders have made way for other overgrown arachnids, who scuttle through the dark wielding brutal stingers.
These are not the only mobs to get a little bit melty. Lurking in the shadow of the series’ familiar landmarks – like the Capitol building or Tenpenny Tower – are ghouls, mutants and madmen of many kinds. Vault Dwellers beware: you may be S.P.E.C.I.A.L., but the wasteland is a very dangerous place indeed.

First Goodbye! BoxBoy! details
Posted on 9 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS eShop, News | 2 Comments
Nintendo and HAL Laboratory announced Goodbye! BoxBoy! last week. Now in its latest issue, Famitsu shares first details about the game.
Goodbye! BoxBoy! doesn’t make any radical changes to the series’ core mechanics. Just like the last two games, you’ll need to complete levels by creating boxes.
Qbby will have some new abilities this time around. One of these is the Box Rocket, allowing players to rise above from the ground. HAL Laboratory is also introducing the Box Bomb. Using this lets Qbby destroy objects such as spikes.
