Nintendo released official videos for Yoshi Touch & Go and Shining Force: Resurrection of the Dark Dragon on the Japanese Wii U Virtual Console. Watch them below.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Saikyou Card Battle is featured in the latest issue of V Jump. There isn’t a ton that’s new, but we do have a few images and details pertaining to the game.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Saikyou Card Battle is centered around a new tournament held after Battle City known as the “Legend Challenge”. Speed Duels are in, and it’s currently unknown if regular Duels exist. V Jump also confirms that there are 3D Monster Animations for cards such as “Dark Magician Girl”. Finally, cards from the latest Starter Deck will be included.
Konami will release Yu-Gi-Oh! Saikyou Card Battle this summer via the eShop.

Circle Entertainment announced last week that Puzzle Labyrinth would be on the 3DS eShop early next month. The game has now been dated for PAL territories. In Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, Puzzle Labyrinth is scheduled for June 9.

Another round of footage has surfaced from the new Super Mario Mash-Up Pack in Minecraft: Wii U Edition. Here’s over 10 minutes of gameplay:
Nintendo posted a couple of new Super Mario Maker stats over on its North American Twitter page.
We now know that over 7.2 million user-created courses have been made. Collectively, they’ve been played over 600 million times.
Nintendo also reconfirmed that Super Mario Maker has sold over 3.5 million copies worldwide. That tidbit was revealed through the company’s latest financial report.
At MomoCon next week, Aksys Games will be holding a panel. It’ll take place on May 27 at 1 PM local time.
During the event, Aksys will discuss its upcoming slate of titles, including Zero Time Dilemma. The publisher has also teased “major announcements”, though it’s unclear if the news will pertain to Nintendo platforms.

In honor of Ace Attorney’s 15th anniversary, a Figma (figure) based on Phoenix Wright is on the way. However, Good Smile Company has yet to share a release date or price.

According to Deadline, a film based on Tetris will begin filming in China and other locations next year. A Chinese and western cast mix will also be featured in the production.
Plans are in place to have the movie kick off a trilogy. Interestingly, Deadline describes it as “a sci-fi thriller.” Co-producer Larry Kasanoff also mentioned that it’s “not at all what you think; it will be a cool surprise.”
The Tetris movie will have a budget of $80 million. It will be the first effort from Threshold Global Studios, a new banner created by Kasanoff and Bruno Wu, who will also act as a producer.
Image & Form shared a release date for SteamWorld Heist on PlayStation platforms today, but the Wii U version remains in development. The studio says it’ll be made available “shortly after” it hits the likes of PS4 and PS Vita.
