FreezeME debuted on PC last month, but Rainy Night Creations has still been tinkering away on the Wii U version. And fortunately, it sounds like it’s not too far off. The indie developer confirmed on Twitter today that it’s been approved for the eShop, so the final step is determining a release date.

Le Figaro has another, Nintendo-specific report up on its website. Most of the information concerns sales figures in France, but there are a few notes outside of that as well.
Here’s an overview as to what’s mentioned in the article:
– 3DS down 6 percent in 2015 compared to 2014
– Wii U down 4 percent in 2015 compared to 2015
– 5 Nintendo titles were in the top 20 overall game sales for France last year
– Mario Kart 7 sold over 225,000 copies in 2015
– New Super Mario Bros. 2 sold 180,000 copies
– Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer sold 250,000 copies
– Nintendo didn’t expect the success of Happy Home Designer in France
– Nintendo was targeting young girls in 2015 with games like New Style Boutique 2
– That game sold 130,000 units in one month
– Splatoon sold over 300,000 copies
– Over 1 million amiibo figures sold in France last year
– That’s twice the amount as in 2014
– Animal Crossing amiibo cards have sold over 250,000 packs
– More game launches with amiibo planned for this year, such as Wolf Link and Twilight Princess HD

Through a listing on Nintendo’s website, it’s now confirmed that Shadow Puppeteer will be available in North America next week. It should arrive on January 28 for $14.99. The European release is also planned for the same day.
The Yo-kai Watch anime will soon be reaching new countries. VIZ Media has announced that the show will soon air in over 100 territories (Europe and Africa), including the UK.
Broadcasts will begin sometime this spring “on popular kids’ channels”. Specifics about where the anime will air will be shared soon.
VIZ Media also said today that the Yo-kai Watch anime had a “successful run” in the United States.

SEGA 3D Classics Collection is coming to North America, and it will be released on April 26. The package will be distributed both physically and digitally. Pricing is set at $29.99 / CA$44.99.
Nine classic SEGA games are included in SEGA 3D Classics Collection. They are as follows:
Power Drift – A high octane sprite-based circuit racer.
Puyo Puyo 2 – A head-to-head competitive puzzle game.
Maze Walker – A 3D mystery adventure.
Fantasy Zone II: The Tears of Opa-Opa – A classic psychedelic scrolling shooter.
Fantasy Zone II W – Fantasy Zone II W is basically an updated version of the game above.

Thanks to Le Figaro, new sales figures are in from France. Lifetime 3DS sales are now at 4 million while Wii U is at 742,000. In 2015, Nintendo’s portable moved 686,000 units, and Wii U sold another 228,000 consoles.
LeFigaro also posted a listing of the top 10 best-selling games in France during 2015. Splatoon and three 3DS titles made the chart.
