edit: Nevermind, Laura saved the day. Podcast will be up tomorrow!

Hey guys, it’s Austin! I’m writing a thing here to let you know that the episode we recorded of “Here’s a Podcast” (which was episode 79) this weekend doesn’t seem to want to play– or is perhaps corrupted– on my computer here. I’m trying to recover the file itself, but the nature of the recording this week was weirder than normal so it’s proving a bit difficult. With any luck we’ll have it for you tomorrow, but if we can’t get it back then we’ll have to miss our first ever week of the show. Jack, Laura, and myself apologize from the bottom of our endlessly deep hearts.

~Austin

Shin’en has opened the official Art of Balance Wii U site, accessible here. It features screenshots to view and general information about the game. More content will be added to the site in the months ahead.

Now that Pokemon Bank is out in the wild, Pokemon X/Y players can receive a free Celebi once they use the application. But how do you go about getting your free Pokemon?

Here’s a quick, handy guide:

1. Download Pokemon Bank from the eShop
2. Insert Pokemon X/Y game cartridge/keep downloaded version on your system
3. Purchase a free 30-day pass if you haven’t done so previously
4. Put one of your Pokemon into the bank
5. Boot up Pokemon X/Y and select “Pokemon Link” (receive your free miles or battle points)
6. Launch Pokemon Bank and receive Celebi
7. Boot up Pokemon X/Y once more and select “Pokemon Link” again, receive Celebi

That’s all! Pretty simple, no? Try Pokemon Bank before December and you can receive Celebi by following the steps above.

Thanks to Jake for the tip.

Max Factory has revealed three more Nintendo figmas currently in production. Zero Suit Samus (Metroid: Other M), Link (Zelda: A Link Between Worlds) and Cordelia (Fire Emblem: Awakening) will get new releases down the road. Samus and Link are both “regular” figmas while Cordelia will be a scaled figure.

Thanks to NutOfDeath for the tip.

Dr. Mario is seeing a release on the Wii U Virtual Console… eventually. Nintendo of Europe has a dedicated page up for the game, but with a “TBD” release date. I assume we’ll be seeing it on the eShop sooner rather than later though!

Thanks to Brandon for the tip.
