This week’s issue of Famitsu provides an update on SEGA Ages for Switch. The first two games in the series, announced earlier in the year, are confirmed for an August release.

Sonic the Hedgehog and Thunder Force IV will be up first. The two games will be priced at 925 yen each.

The next DLC fighter for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 has been revealed in the latest Japanese magazines. Kefla is joining the game, Bandai Namco has announced. Her reaction on Gigantic Breaker will also be able to be seen in the game.

Kefla was featured in the Dragon Ball Super anime. The character is a fusion between Caulifla and Kale.

It’s been a significant amount of time since the last Digimon game on a Nintendo platform. But with Bandai Namco announcing the next entry in the series, the franchise is finally making a return.

Digimon Survive has been announced for Switch as well as the PlayStation 4. Here’s what we know:

In this week’s issue of Famitsu, the magazine will be publishing an interview with Game Freak’s Junichi Masuda. While we don’t have our hands on the full discussion yet as the issue hasn’t gone live, some early quotes have leaked out early. We’ve translated the tidbits thus far.

First up, a general comment from Masuda on the upcoming project:

A new Feh Channel broadcast for Fire Emblem Heroes will air later this week, Nintendo has announced. The presentation is set for July 19.

It’ll take place at the following times:

Nintendo is back with another piece of music from Smash Bros. Ultimate. Below, you can listen to “Snake Eater”.

The original version of the music acted as the opening theme song for Metal Gear Solid 3. Nobuko Toda, a longtime composer for the series, was in charge of the arrangement for Smash Bros.

South Park: The Stick of Truth

South Park: The Stick of Truth is coming to Switch, Ubisoft has announced. The game will release digitally on the eShop by September. Ubisoft confirmed the news in its latest financial report today.

Ubisoft published South Park: The Fractured But Whole on Switch earlier this year. The Stick of Truth, which had not been available on a Nintendo platform previously, was the title that preceded it.

Super Rare Games has announced the next release in its physical Switch collection. After previously hitting the eShop last October, Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime will have a boxed version, the company has revealed exclusively to Nintendo Everything.

Only 3,000 copies of Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime – a co-op space shooter – will be produced. The Super Rare edition will include an exclusive sticker as well as three trading cards randomly selected from the five-card set. Developers Adam Winkels, Jamie Tucker and Matt Hammill have signed 125 of these cards.
