Nintendo shared some key statistics about Switch and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild as part of its financial results today.

First, total hardware shipments for Switch stands at 2.74 million worldwide. The system has also moved 5.46 million software units.

Nintendo and Intelligent Systems have some news to share about the mobile game Fire Emblem Heroes. During a 10-minute live stream tomorrow, the latest information will be shared.

It’ll be hosted at the following times:

– 8:30 PM PT
– 11:30 PM ET
– 5:30 AM in the UK
– 6:30 AM in Europe

You’ll be able to watch the stream as it happens below.

This stream has technically only been announced for Japan at present. However, any news shared should apply to the west as well.

During a live stream hosted earlier today, Inti Creates showed off upcoming Blaster Master Zero DLC with a first look at Gunvolt. We’ve posted the recording below.

NBA Playgrounds arrives on Switch very soon. According to a listing on the European eShop, the game launches on May 9. We expect it to hit North America at around the same time – if not the same day.

Nintendo announced the first part of its plans for E3 2017. At the big expo in June, a special pre-release, exhibition tournament will be held for Splatoon 2.

Specifics about the tournament haven’t been made known just yet. We should be hearing more in the weeks to come.
