Capcom is said to be mulling over the possibility of a Monster Hunter concert. MMO Culture picked up on a recent interview with Tencent Games where that tidbit of information was shared. It remains to be seen if this is something that will actually come to fruition, but I’m sure many fans would be interested in seeing it happen!

Terry Garrett started playing The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time back in 2011. Five years later (with some breaks in between), he’s managed to finish the game.

Terry is actually blind, so it was no easy feat to complete the N64 classic. There’s plenty of trial and error involved as he’s only able to progress by listening to sounds signaling enemies, walls and the rest of the environment via two speakers.

Garrett thanked “all those who have stuck with me through this series even after it seemed like I was giving up.” Viewers shared walkthroughs, tips, and more that he could listen to in order to finish off Ocarina of Time.

If you’d like to see the entire journey, head on over to Garrett’s YouTube page here. We’ve also embedded the final video below.

A whole bunch of developers spoke with Famitsu this week about their aspirations for 2016. Aside from what we posted regarding Etrian Odyssey V from Atlus’ Shigeo Komori, here are some of the other Nintendo-related comments we’ve come across:

Masahiro Sakurai: I want to enjoy every Sunday. But it’s not like the next job hasn’t been decided yet.

Rune Factory and Story of Season’s Yoshifumi Hashimoto: I haven’t announced new titles yet, but some are already on the move.

Level-5’s Akihiro Hino: In 2016, other than expansion of Yokai Watch’s world, we’ll also announce titles with brand-new world settings.

More:

Sonic Boom: Fire & Ice is due out later this year. But surely that isn’t the only title SEGA has lined up for Sonic’s 25th anniversary, right?

If a now-deleted Facebook post from the band Crush 40 is anything to go by, it sounds like a special anniversary game is in the works.

Here’s the brief fan Q&A TSSZ News managed to grab before its removal:

When will there be news about the Crush 40 album?

– We are planning a few performances for 2016 to commemorate the anniversary of Sonic. We “might” participate in writing new songs for the anniversary game…stay tuned…

Crush 40’s music has been represented in over a dozen Sonic games. It’d certainly make sense for them to contribute to a 25th anniversary release!
