It was only yesterday that Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night cleared its prequel mini-game stretch goal on Kickstarter. With $4.5 million having been raised, Inti Creates is being tasked with creating this smaller title for a few platforms, including Wii U.

We can now say that this same mini-game will be on 3DS as well. Combined with PayPal donations, the Bloodstained Kickstarter has surpassed $4.75 million. That amount was needed in order to bring the prequel mini-game to portables.

Bloodstained’s Kickstarter has one final stretch goal to hit before the campaign ends. If funds reach $5 million, the game will feature a rogue-like dungeon mode.

You can check out Bloodstained on Kickstarter here. 13 hours remain before the campaign ends.

Warner Bros. Interactive released a final trailer for LEGO Jurassic World, which launches today. Check it out below.

A few details were posted on the Mighty No. 9 website in an update shared yesterday. Based on one of the things listed – at least for the Wii U version – it sounded like there were no plans for Miiverse support.

The official Mighty No. 9 Twitter account has since clarified the situation. While the game itself won’t have any special Miiverse integration, there are still plans to add a Mighty No. 9 community to the social network.

Mighty No. 9 launches on September 15 for Wii U. The 3DS version will release a bit further down the line.

Recently the Producer of Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King, Noriyoshi Fujimoto spent some time with V-Jump to talk a little bit about the game and some of the aspects specific to the 3DS. Thanks to Siliconera, we have some of the details.

Here is some of the latest information:

– Dragon Quest VIII on 3DS will have visible encounters similar to those from Dragon Quest VII for the 3DS.

– Maps are very easy to navigate, locations are marked and you can simply touch on a location to get the name.

– Fields in the game won’t support stereoscopic 3D as it would have taken up double the memory and affected their ability to add the visible encounters as well as limited the distances you would be able to see in stereoscopic 3D.

– Dragon Quest VIII on the 3Ds also adds blue treasure chest that will respawn over time, and could contain items such as gold.
