Some users have been expereicning lock up issues with Wii Fit U due to issues stemming from Wii Fit/Wii Fit Plus save transfers.

At the very least, Nintendo is aware of the situation. The Big N says you may encounter problems if any of the following conditions are met:

Two or more sets of user data were created in Wii Fit or Wii Fit Plus and the data created earlier was deleted.

A Mii character used in Wii Fit or Wii Fit Plus is registered in the Wii U Mii Maker.

The data from Wii Fit or Wii Fit Plus is transferred to the Wii U.

One would hope that a patch is already in the works. Hopefully we’ll see an update soon!

Over 1 million Disney Infinity Starter Packs have been sold since launch, it has been confirmed. Walt Disney Company chairman and CEO Bob Iger revealed the news during the company’s post-earnings release conference call yesterday.

According to Iger, retailers have been experiencing regular sell-outs. Walt Disney senior executive VP and CFO Jay Rasulo added that the holidays will be a significant period for Disney Infinity, but “we feel good about its prospects so far” based on feedback from retailers, consumers, and gamers.”

Disney Infinity boosted Disney Interactive’s gaming sector during the fourth quarter of its fiscal year, with revenues rising from 93 percent to $396 million. Operating profit came in at $16 million, which is a significant turnaround from last year’s $76 million loss.

Overall sales are up 26 percent to $1.1 billion. Operating losses, meanwhile, lowered from $216 million to $87 million.

Hori will release a pair of Dragon Quest X-themed keyboards in Japan. Both will work with the Wii U, Wii, and PC. Consumers will be able to purchase the Dragon Quest X Slime Keyboard and Dragon Quest X Metal Slime Keyboard for 3,980 and 4,980 yen respectively.

Sales data is in for the top 100 best-selling games in Japan, based on Famitsu figures.

Games sold between January 1, 2001 and September 29, 2013 were taken into consideration. “Best” re-releases aren’t included, nor are sales bought directly as a digital download. However, download cards sold by retailers and copies bundled with hardware were used for the chart.

A new update is now available for Disney Infinity.

The patch adds in the previously-promised support of the Wii U Pro Controller and Classic Controller/Classic Controller. Additionally, players can now use a new screenshot function to share images on Miiverse. Finally, the Tron Identity Disc was added to the Toy Box Vault.
