Hamster has announced that this week it is bringing Space Cruiser to the Arcade Archives library on Switch. The game will release worldwide on August 26.
Space Cruiser is a space shoot ’em-up game produced by Taito in 1981. In it, players control a ship that can use upgrades to attack enemy UFOs.
Arcade Archives Space Cruiser will cost $7.99 / €6.99 / £6.29 on the Switch eShop.

- A double-drops and half-stamina event for certain main campaign quests started Aug. 24, 11 PM PT! It’s your chance to get orbs for flame-, water-, and shadow-attuned adventurer mana spirals and certain draconic essences!
- Kamuy’s Trial, Chthonius’s Trial, and Mars’s Trial became available in Trials of the Mighty in Dragalia Lost on Aug. 24, 11 PM PT. Use teams of specific adventurers to earn materials for unlocking mana spirals from the daily bonus.
DEEEER Simulator: Your Average Everyday Deer Game is coming to Switch, publisher Playism and developer Gibier Games announced today. It will be appearing on the console starting on November 25.

Clockwork Aquario now has a release date – at least in Japan. The game is heading to Switch on November 30, a listing on Amazon reveals.
Pricing for Clockwork Aquario is set at 3,940 yen. Also planned is a Special Pack, which costs 8440 yen. The Special Pack contains an art book and soundtrack CD.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is celebrating the release of No More Heroes 3 with a special event. Later this week, players can unlock a few spirits from the new Switch game. You can get a look at their designs above.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is known for doing these types of events fairly regularly. A few weeks ago, spirits were added based on Mario Golf: Super Rush. There have also been spirit collaborations with Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin, Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury, as well as Persona 5 Strikers and Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection. Of course, that’s just this year. There’ve been other events in the past as well.
Modus Games today announced its plans for Gamescom 2021 ahead of the event’s Opening Night Live ceremony tomorrow.
The company says it “will offer fans access to the latest information about its exciting lineup of games and will appear throughout the show in various media events – including the Future Games Show airing on August 26 and on IGN’s Gamescom programming on August 26 and 27.” Switch titles In Sound Mind, Super Animal Royale, and Rustler will be at the show along with Soulstice and “a surprise announcement at the Future Games Show.”
