Cake Bash, a frantic four player party game, is lined up for release on Switch next week. Have a look at some early footage in the video below.

You’ll be able to get your hands on the Switch version of Cake Bash on November 19. Those that are interested in seeing what the game has to offer can try out a demo from the eShop now.

In a recent interview with Nikkei, Capcom president Haruhiro Tsujimoto shared some tidbits about the upcoming Switch title Monster Hunter Rise. He spoke about how the coronavirus pandemic set development of the game back almost a month, discussed some of the game’s new elements, and how the company expects the title to sell.

Nintendo fans that have kept up with the history of Mario know that at one point, Luigi was going to be playable in Super Mario 64. The team originally hoped to make multiplayer possible, but it just wasn’t technically feasible in the end.

Shigeru Miyamoto opened up a bit about Super Mario 64’s development in an interview with The Guardian. Regarding limitations the team faced, Miyamoto said:

Adult Swim Games has kicked off a new Switch eShop sale, though it won’t last terribly long. For the next day or so, you can save on Battle Chef Brigade, Duck Game, Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time, and more.

Pokemon GO trades have been limited to having someone actually standing close to you. Now, however, things are expanding a bit. Niantic is opening up trading to allow for further distance as part of a new test.

Niantic hasn’t confirmed the distance in its English post about the news. But based on a Korean announcement, it should be set at a maximum range of 12 kilometers, or about 7.4 miles.

The new trade distance will be in effect until November 16.
