Thanks to the porting work from Ratalaika Games, Metagal will be receiving a release on Switch. The developer says it’s been sent to QA, and we should be seeing it within the next month or two.

FutureGrind

Milkbag Games has dated its stylish stunt race FutureGrind. It’ll be out on the Switch eShop starting January 22, the studio announced today.

Paladins

Hi-Rez Studios has announced that it is moving Paladins’ cross-play support to version 2.02. In doing so, the developer will be able to implement additional features requested by the community and ensure that it’ll be “the best experience” possible.

Hi-Rez wrote on a notice posted on its website:

Starting tomorrow, Switch players in North America will finally be able to download a new booster pack update for The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+. Nicalis has confirmed the news, but also cautioned that the company is still waiting on approval from Nintendo of Europe.

The booster pack is highlighted by The Forgotten as a new character. The update will also include new items and more.

Dark Devotion

Dark Devotion is making its way to Switch, publisher The Arcade Crew and developer Hibernian Workshop have announced. The game is on track to launch early this year.

Originally funded on Kickstarter, Dark Devotion is a 2D roguelike action RPG. We have more details about the game below with an official overview.

My Time at Portia

Team17 provided an update today on the sandbox RPG My Time at Portia. The game is now confirmed for release on Switch this spring, complete with a physical version. Sold Out will be distributing it at retail.

Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen is coming to Switch, Capcom has revealed. A release is planned for April 23.

This marks the first time that Dragon’s Dogma will be appearing on a Nintendo console. It originally released in 2012, with the enhanced “Dark Arisen” following a year later. Capcom then started porting the game to newer platforms in 2017.
