The latest issue of Jump has revealed two new assist characters for Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden. Dr. Wheelo and Jackie Chun will both be included, the magazine confirms.
Dr. Wheelo is the antagonist of the Dragon Ball Z: The World’s Strongest film, and is a scientist with a cyborg body who experiments in biotechnology. Jackie Chun, meanwhile, is Master Roshi’s alternate identity used to enter a tournament and disguise himself from his students.
In Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden, assist characters come in the form of Bulma’s inventions from Capsule and Chichi’s fury. The latter feature fills the screen with a giant speech balloon of her venting.
Thanks to Jake for the tip.

HORI’s Splatoon GamePad protector was revealed a few weeks back. We had only heard about it as a European product at the time, but we can now safely say that the accessory will be sold in North America as well.
Amazon is now taking pre-orders for the Nintendo-licensed Splatoon GamePad protector. Based on the listing, it will be sold starting on July 13. You can reserve it here.
As it turns out, Splatoon features a few small (but neat) Mario and Zelda references. Get a look at them in the video below.
