Chris Pratt reacts to landing the role of Mario in the upcoming movie

As was announced yesterday, Chris Pratt is playing the role of Mario in the upcoming Super Mario movie. Pratt took to Instagram shortly after to talk about landing the job.

Pokemon Evolutions episode 2, The Eclipse, now live

The Pokemon Company has just released episode 2 for the new Pokemon Evolutions anime series. The video, titled “The Eclipse”, now puts the focus on Pokemon Sun/Moon. In it, Lillie hopes to rescue her mother and bring back her friend Nebby. There’s plenty of action and a foe to fight.

Nintendo UK offering Game & Watch: The Legend of Zelda pre-order bonus

Stephen Critchlow, the voice of Bana in Xenoblade 2, has passed away

We’re sad to report that British actor Stephen Critchlow has passed away. He died at the age of 54.
Critchlow had a number of roles spread across television, theater, and voice acting. He has a strong connection to Xenoblade Chronicles 2 having voiced Bana in the 2017 Switch RPG. Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward, Dragon Quest Heroes, and the Killzone series were among the other titles Critchlow worked on.

Earlier in the month, the LEGO Super Mario 64 ? Block was unveiled. It’s a special product made in particular for the classic N64 game.
You’ll likely notice that there’s a large ? Block that can be opened to bring out Peach’s Castle, Bob-omb Battlefield, Cool, Cool Mountain and Lethal Lava Trouble levels. It comes with 2,064-pieces, including microfigures of Mario, Princess Peach, and King Bob-omb, as well as a Chain Chomp, Big Bully, Mr. I, Lakitu, penguin, baby penguin, and more.

Unfinished Game Boy Color game Infinity will now be completed, also coming to Switch

Over the past few weeks, Incube8 has been running a Kickstarter campaign for its upcoming game Infinity. The CA $16,000 was quickly reached, and a Switch stretch goal was added towards the very end. After raising over CA $350,000, Infinity will be made for Switch as well as Game Boy Color.
If you’re wondering about Infinity’s appearance on Game Boy Color, we should probably fill you in on the tactical RPG’s rather interesting history. The project was originally being developed by Affinix Software between 1999 and 2001 for the platform. However, it was scrapped in 2002 due to the market shifting to the GBA and publisher issues. An unfinished version was released as a free ROM in 2016, but a team of both new and old staffers has now formed to properly finish Infinity and put it out on cartridges.

Hades Zagreus Nendoroid in the works

A new Hades Nendoroid is in the works based on main character Zagreus, Good Smile has announced. Specifics of the figure haven’t been detailed. There’s also no word on release timing just yet. However, we do have a concept image above.
That’s not the only new figure product for Hades. As part of WonHobby 33 in May, we learned that Zagreus is getting a Pop Up Parade figure. We’re also waiting on further updates pertaining to this particular product.

Undertale Sans and Papyrus Nendoroids on the way

Good Smile today announced that it will be producing two new Nendoroids based on the Undertale series. In addition to a figure for Sans, there’ll be one for Papyrus as well.
Additional specifics were not shared. It’s looking like things are early on in the production process as we only have concept images at this time.
