Dragon Ball FighterZ – Super Baby 2 announced as next DLC character

Super Baby 2 previously appeared in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. The character is now joining Dragon Ball FighterZ as the game’s next DLC character, according to the latest issue of V Jump.
Outside of the Super Baby 2 news, V Jump also confirms that Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 has surpassed six million units between worldwide shipments and digital sales. To celebrate, players will be able to get their hands on Gogeta SSGSS and Bardock (Super Saiyan) lobby avatars as well as a new Vegeta color variation.
Super Baby 2 will be available in Dragon Ball FighterZ this winter.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 adding Pikkon and more

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 continues to roll on with new content. The latest issue of V Jump has revealed that a new character and more will be added to the game.
First up, Pikkon is on the way as a new playable character, and one of his moves appears to be Thunder Flash. We’re also hearing that Janemba will be represented as a new CC mascot. Finally, Bardock and Gine’s outfits from the Dragon Ball Super: Broly movie will be appearing in create-a-character.
V Jump reports that the next free Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will be going live in Spring 2021.

Bravely Default II Final Demo just released

Bravely Default II won’t be out until the end of February, but the game has just received a new demo. Titled “Bravely Default II Final Demo”, it offers a taste of the game’s first main chapter. Those who download it can receive 100 Platinum Points on My Nintendo.
Bravely Default II launches for Switch on February 26, 2021. You can download the demo from the eShop or from Nintendo’s website here.

Hades update out now on Switch (version 1.0.37119), cross-saves with PC live

A new update is now live for the Switch version of Hades. All players can access version 1.0.37119.
One of the main highlights of today’s update is the long-awaited cross-saves feature. That means after installing today’s patch, you can bring your progress from the PC version to Switch.
Supergiant Games also mentioned that today’s Switch update “includes various other improvements from our post-launch PC patches.”

Nintendo of America president Doug Bowser talks Switch Joy-Con drift

Nintendo can’t really seem to escape the problem that is Switch Joy-Con drift. Unfortunately, the controller issue has been present since the system’s early days. It’s led to lawsuits and an apology from president Shutaro Furukawa.
Switch Joy-Con drift was brought up as part of a new interview with Polygon. When asked about the situation, Bowser said:

Nintendo comments on removing certain games after March 2021

If you’re interested in Super Mario 3D All-Stars, you only have a few months left to pick up the collection. After March 2021, it’ll no longer be sold in any form. Shipments to stores will cease and it’ll be removed from the Switch eShop. The same thing is actually happening with Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light.
Nintendo of America president Doug Bowser was asked about this approach in an interview with Polygon. When asked about the logic in removing games, he explained:

Nintendo talks Switch Online, will “continue to evolve the service”
